How to Register

   We will go over program commitments and expectations. The registration and payment link will be emailed to you after your meeting.
3. Complete Registration Online
   Complete the online registration form before the deadline of August 7. $50 off per child if you register online before August 1.
4. Submit Payment Online
   Complete your online payment to finalize your teen's registration.

How to Register

Step 2: Attend Your Inquiry Meeting
During your meeting, we will review the program commitments and expectations. Registration and payment links will be emailed to you afterward.

Step 3: Complete Registration Online
Complete the online registration form by July 31 to receive a $50 early registration discount per student. Because Year 1 has a waitlist, families who have been offered a spot must complete registration by July 31 or their reserved spot may be offered to a family on the waitlist.

Step 4: Submit Payment Online
Complete your online payment to finalize your teen's registration.

Registration is complete only after both the online registration form and payment have been submitted.

For teens seeking to prepare to receive sacraments, the process is two years. There are three steps for the registration process. 

This process applies both for teens entering the first year of preparation, as well as those entering the second year of preparation.

Year 1 High School Faith Formation is now waitlist only

We will continue accepting inquiry forms; however, no additional Year 1 family meetings will be scheduled during July. Families who submit an inquiry form will be placed on the waitlist and contacted if a space becomes available.

Step 1: Fill out the inquiry form

• The inquiry form (linked here) will be open from Monday, June 8th until August 1st. 
• Immediately after submitting the inquiry form, you should receive an email with a link. Through that link you will be able to schedule a meeting with the Confirmation Coordinator, Solei Ocegueda. Meetings will take place during the month of July.
• This form is required for those entering the first year of preparation and those entering the second year of preparation.

Step 2: Teen and parents meet with Confirmation Coordinator (Schedule the meeting here)

• These meetings give our team the opportunity to get to know the needs of each teen prior to registering for a program! 
• During this meeting, Solei will give your family important information about the Confirmation Process, including the calendar for the upcoming year, and information about how to complete registration.

Step 3: Registration

• During the meeting, you will receive information about how to register for the Confirmation program online.

Step 4: Make a payment

• There will be separate link (coming soon) to make the payment for the program.

Please note that if your teen has not yet been Baptized, the program and requirements might vary from those who have been Baptized. This will be discussed in more detail during your initial meeting with Solei. 

• Registration will be online. 
• The registration process consists of three steps (see above). 
• Registration Fee is $350 for those registering for the first year of prepartion and $350 for those registering for the second year of preparation.
• There will be an online registration discount of $50 per registrant through August 1st.

DAYS OF CLASSES:

Class options are dependent upon availabilty, space may run out. Class options may vary for those who have not yet been Baptized. 

Confirmation Year 1: 

• Boys: Thursday evenings
• Girls: Wednesday evenings

Confirmation Year 2:

Upon registration for Confirmation Year 2 (Con 2), teens will have the following options for classes:

• Boys can choose either: Sundays at 11:30am* or Thursday evenings
• Girls can choose either: Sundays at 11:30am* or Wednesday evenings

*Please note: the Sunday 11:30 AM option is designed for teens who already have a foundational familiarity with the Catholic faith through prior scripture, theology, or catechetical formation. The curriculum for this session will move at a faster pace and assume knowledge of core prayers and foundational teachings of the faith.

Year 2 Retreat Info

The Sacrament of Confirmation is administered in our Catholic tradition by the Bishop of Orange or his designee.

1. For those baptized as infants to 7 years of age, the Diocese of Orange outlines a two year journey beginning in the 9th grade and formally administered by the Bishop of Orange or his designee.
2. For those baptized as Adults or entering the Catholic faith from another faith tradition, Confirmation is part of the Order of Christian Initiation (OCIA) performed at the Easter Vigil for those who have spent at least a year of preparation in the OCIA process.
